In every social setting, there are leaders ... and there are followers. The best way to safeguard your family against unhealthy peer pressure and dangerous situations is to build confidence and always make the best choices, like deciding on appropriate behaviour and making the right friends that will help you to develop into the people you would like to become.

Studies on Leadership have shown, from a scientific standpoint, those who learn and practice Leadership skills during childhood have a much higher advantage on gaining a Leadership position in a career when they become adults. Success has been defined as "The progressive realisation of a worthy goal." We are constantly developing new updates on the curriculum making it even more effective and empowering. We are constantly developing and streamlining the learning process, as well as further integrating the physical, the mental and the philosophies necessary for success.

Leadership Training provides advanced martial arts training for students. These programmes are used to improve personal skills, as well as for enhancement to our current programmes.

No matter how great these past few years have been, there is a chance that you would like to see next year be your best ever. I know I certainly do!

What are your best memories and achievements for last year?

How have you grown and improved in the past 12 months?

What would you like to achieve in the next 6-12 months?

Do you have a clear picture of what you want to accomplish in your Martial Arts training and with your health and fitness?

What goals would you like to achieve in your personal and professional life?

The ‘Law of Dominant Thought’ teaches that we tend to get what we think about the most.

What do you think about the most? What do you dream of having, being or doing?

The clearer you are in your thinking about your wishes and desires, the greater chance you have of their achievement. Especially if you think it and ink it (write it down)!
